It is 164.8-kilometre (102.4 mi) long. The bridge is located on the rail line between Shanghai and Nanjing in East China’s Jiangsu province. The bridge runs roughly parallel to the Yangtze River, about 5 to 50 miles south of the river. Construction began   in 2006. This bridge was completed in 2010 and opened in 30 June 2011.  Employing about 10,000 people, construction took four years and cost about $8.5 billion. currently it holds the Guinness World Record for the longest bridge in the world in any category as of June 2011.<br />

The high incidence of heart disease seen in shift workers could be due to the tiredness resulting from the disruption to the body's biological clock as jetlag has a severe effect on red blood cells.<br />
<br />
These effects can be counterbalanced by fresh, young red blood cells –making blood donations a potential therapy for shift workers, the findings showed.<br />
<br />
"Blood donations in humans also stimulate the generation of new fresh erythrocytes. Therefore, blood donations on a regular basis might be a very simple measure to help decrease the cardiovascular risk in human shift workers," said Margit Egg from University of Innsbruck in Austria.<br />

<b>কিভাবে যাবেনঃ</b> বিরিশিরি যাবার জন্য মহাখালী বাস স্ট্যান্ড থেকে সরাসরি বাস পাবেন। ঢাকা থেকে নেত্রকোনার দূরত্ব প্রায় ১৭৫ কি.মি। বাসে করে বিরিশিরি পৌছাতে সাত ঘন্টার মতো সময় লাগবে। যদি বর্ষাকালে যান তাহলে রাস্তা খারাপ থাকার কারণে আপনাকে সুসং দূর্গাপুর নেমে যেতে হবে। সেখান থেকে ২/৩ মাইল পথ টেম্পুতে/ রিক্সায় করে বা পায়ে হেঁটে পৌছে যাবেন বিরিশিরি। যেহেতু রিকশাওয়ালারা সব টুরিস্ট স্পটগুলো চেনে, তাই রিক্সায় করে ঘুরে বেড়ানোটাই বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ হবে। আর একটা ব্যাপার, বাস থেকে নেমেই ওদিক থেকে ঢাকায় ফেরার বাসের শিডিউলটা জেনে নেবেন, প্রয়োজনে অগ্রিম টিকেট করে ফেলতে পারেন।<br />

বালিয়াটির জমিদার বাড়ি  মানিকগঞ্জ এর সাটুরিয়া থানায় অবস্থিত। এ জমিদার বাড়িটি অবিস্থত প্রায় ৫.৮৮ একর জমির উপর। এ জমিদার বাড়িটিতে রয়েছে সাতটি দক্ষিণমুখী দালান এবং প্রায় ২০০টি কক্ষ।<br>

করে প্রথমে সাটুরিয়া বাস স্ট্যান্ড যেতে হবে। ঢাকার গাবতলী থেকে সরাসরি সাটুরিয়া জনপ্রতি ভাড়া পড়বে ৬০-৭০ টাকা সেখান থেকে <br>

রিকশা/ভ্যান/CNG গাড়িতে করে বালিয়াটি জমিদার বাড়ি যেতে পারবেন। জনপ্রতি ভাড়া পড়বে ১০/১৫টাকা।<br>
গাবতলী থেকে বালিয়াটির জমিদার বাড়ি যেতে সময় লাগবে ২.৩০/৩ ঘন্টা।<br>
